In short: we collect as little as possible.
This page explains what information KoBe Digital AS receives through this website and how it is used.
What we process
The contact form sends your name, email address, company if provided, and your message to us by email. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, time and requests in order to deliver and protect the service. We do not use accounts, payments or tracking on this website.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the information to respond to enquiries (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Where we ask for consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are stored in our email system for as long as necessary to follow up the conversation, normally up to 12 months after the matter is closed. We may keep them longer where necessary for legal claims. Technical logs are kept for as short a time as possible under Cloudflare's terms.
Processors and recipients
Cloudflare provides hosting, CDN and security and processes technical data on our behalf. Our email provider processes enquiries sent to post@kobedigital.no. Game data and game images are fetched from Roblox by our server; your browser does not connect directly to Roblox to display the images. We do not sell information or use it for marketing.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare is a global provider and may process data outside the EEA. Transfers take place with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (www.datatilsynet.no). Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
Security
The website uses HTTPS. We limit access to information, collect as little as possible and do not store sensitive information in the solution.
